Welcome!

Congratulations and welcome to Collingswood! We think you’ll love it here. As you’re getting settled, please take a moment to review the information found on our site. It’s full of useful links, information, and answers to questions you may have about your new community.

People choose to live in community associations for numerous reasons. Many owners value the inherent benefits of associations, which are designed to manage common areas of the property, manage the property interests of owners, provide services for owners, and develop a sense of community. Be sure to do your due diligence by learning all you can ahead of time: read the governing documents, talk to people who live in the community, and talk to members of the elected board. Check out the common areas and visit the amenities.

Getting Settled

Association Terminology

Communications:

First things first: we want to be able to communicate with you, Property Owner! Please be sure that we have your proper mailing address, email addresses, and phone numbers on file. This way we can ensure that our mail and electronic communications arrive in your mailbox on time.

Property Management Website:

Our community has contracted with Fieldstone Realty Partners to provide property management services.  All capital contributions and annual dues are collected by Fieldstone. They also manage the intake for reports of community issues.

Collingswood Homeowner’s Website:

You are already here but not done yet.  For your convenience, we have a public website (which you have found) and private web portal (must register to gain access). Some information is public; however, much of the owner and resident information – like amenity reservations, finding resident pet sitters and babysitters, submitting classified ads, or submissions for architectural change requests – are restricted to property owners only. You’ll need to register on our website in order to access this information.

Governing Documents & Reference Materials:

However unexciting the documents containing the rules and regulations of an HOA can be, they are necessary and informative. Take the time to review these documents. They can be accessed once you sign in using the Resident Login link.  These documents apply to all Collingswood property owners.

Please note that ANY exterior work to be performed at a property – from painting to landscape changes to fences – must be approved by our ARB. You can complete applications for this work on our private portal.
