Depending the service you need, contact either Fieldstone, submit comments via the public Contact Us Form, email the board directly, or find additional contacts and resources within the HOA’s private web portal. 

Contact Fieldstone Realty Partners directly for the following scenarios:

Accounting information (or login to https://comwebportal.com)
Report a Covenant/Rules Violation (email the property manager, [email protected])
Report an issue with an amenity, common property, street light outage, etc. (email the property manager, [email protected])

Submit comments and questions to the board of directors at [email protected] for the following scenarios:

Have a question and can’t find an answer (be sure to check the FAQ section in the portal first!)
Want to have your voice heard
Want to advertise your business on our Classifieds page (use [email protected])

In the Resident Portal you can perform many tasks and find a lot of information, such as:f

Receive Email, SMS & Push notifications on bulletins
Communicate with the others in the community, including the board and committees, using private messaging
Reserve your favorite amenity*
Provide recommendations or request one in the Community Discussions
Download community files
Post items for sale or rent on classifieds (or list your babysitting, pet sitting or lawn mowing service)
