Q: Does Collingswood have an HOA?

A: Yes, Collingswood has a mandatory membership the HOA.  The community is overseen by a 3 person board of directors and supported by Fieldstone Realty Partners, our property management. Q: I’m thinking of buying a home in Collingswood.  What are the association fees?

A: There is a capital contribution fee of $2500.  The annual dues are $1300 which are permitted to be paid in two payments due February 1 and July 1.  Dues are due on the 1st and late on the 11th.  The late fee for dues is $120, which is broken down to $60 for each payment date.

Q: How much is it to obtain a closing letter?

A: Not at this time.
