However unexciting the documents containing the rules and regulations of an HOA can be, they are necessary and informative. Take the time to review these documents. They can also be accessed once you Sign-in. These documents apply to all Collingswood property owners.
Please note that ANY exterior work to be performed at a property – from painting to landscape changes to fences – must be approved by our ACC. See Architectural Control Committee page for more information about the change review process.
