Collingswood HOA

Welcome to Our Community!

Collingswood began development in 2014 with first home sales in 2015.  The community was completed in 2018 with the final new construction home sale in early 2019.  There are 101 single family homes with an average property size of just under ½ acre. Our amenities include a pool with pool cabana, 2 tennis courts, and pocket park. Our schools are Little River Elementary, Mill Creek Middle School, and River Ridge High School.

The community is governed by the Collingswood Homeowners Association.  If you are new to homeowner associations, please check out the Association Terminology page.  Collingswood has engaged Fieldstone Realty Partners, a property management firm, to manage the day in day out community fiscal activities and any issues related to Covenant or By-law infractions. From Fieldstone’s website, you can view your account balance and submit payment for annual dues or assessments. They manage the overall budget that has been set by the Collingswood Board of Directors. Our Property Manager is Jennifer Matthews who can be contacted at [email protected] / 404-596-7951.

We’ve put our association online to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of website services and opportunities to share ideas and information. There is a public portion of the site along with a private web portal.  Sign-in to access community news and announcements, online resource center for important association documents and forms, reserve amenities, join discussion forums, post items for sale, review FAQs, submit architectural change requests online, utilize the member directory, and much more.  We’re excited about offering these services and consider it a valuable amenity for the HOA.

Simply click Sign-In to access our association’s website services now.

If you are new to the website, be sure to complete the Registration information to receive a password to the private and secured portions of the site. *Note: if you are a new owner, please ensure that you provide your contact information to Fieldstone as well. While we will do our best to ensure any new registration information to our communities HOA site is provided to Fieldstone, it is important for you to provide your information to the property management company to ensure assessments and dues notification are sent to the proper property owner.
