Who to contact just before or after closing:

You’ve closed or are getting ready to close! It’s and exciting but also a stressful time.  If you’re new to an area it’s hard to know even who to contact for basic utilities.  The below information has been gathered to try to make your move to Collingswood as smooth as it can be!

Submit resale closing information and capital contribution to Fieldstone.
Pay Dues: https://comwebportal.com/login/ (you must register with Fieldstone before being able to pay dues online)

Private Community Portal: After closing, join our private community portal/website to enhance your living experience.  Register with this link.

For the best experience, please use a desktop browser when registering. The mobile website can work, it’s just not very easy to navigate.  Our administrator will review your information and approve the registration request.  Once approved and logged in, you’ll be able to:

• • Receive community wide bulletins sent directly from the HOA Board.
  • Access important files and documents (i.e. covenants, by-laws, current architectural guidelines).
  • Reserve amenities (tennis court and weekend children’s pool party time slots).
  • Get answers about the community on the Community FAQs.
  • Access historical bulletins.

Private Facebook Group: Collingswood Neighborhood, Woodstock GA is where you can socially connect with neighbors. There are a few questions to answer before the group administrators will approve access. We do this to ensure our private group remains solely for the use of Collingswood residents.  This is also something to request access to after your closing.

Collingswood requires the use of Custom Disposal as its single trash/recycling service for the community.  Homeowners are individually responsible for contacting Custom Disposal to establish trash pickup and/or recycling services.
