Committees

The Amenities Committee advises and assists the Board in the oversight of the association’s amenities which include the pool, tennis courts and common areas. Communities amenities like pools, parks, and tennis courts can enhance lifestyles for residents, creating spaces that allow families to bond while increasing a sense of well-being.

The Social Committee is on hiatus.  Report any issues or concerns about our amenities to the Board.

The Architectural Control Committee reviews on a case by case basis exterior modifications requested by homeowners.  The goal is to maintain a consistent look and feel of the neighborhood. We have a 7 person committee that reviews these requests to provide the board with a recommendation in a timely manner.

The purpose of the budget committee is to work alongside and support the board of directors to help manage the finances of the homeowner’s association. The budget committee is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the HOA and to monitoring the established budget.  The committee helps set short-term and long-term goals in order to confirm the needs of the community are met.

Communications is a small group that collaborates with the Board along with committees to create periodic newsletters, make updates to the website, and are key participants that help to administer the private portal.

The Holiday Decorations Committee is committed each year to ensuring that our community entrances and pool house are well decorated to display the holiday cheer of the season, most notable the Christmas holiday! We will also look at and consider other opportunities to decorate depending on the holiday.  Volunteers to assist in the decorating of the community will be asked for at the appropriate times!

Shelby Johnson (Lead)

The purpose of the social committee is to organize and plan activities for all members of the neighborhood. We strive to tailor activities for all the sub groups -adults only, kid focused, ladies night, men’s night, etc. Our goal is to develop a sense of community & camaraderie. We know not every activity will be for every person but we are working towards giving everyone an opportunity to participate in several neighborhood sponsored activities throughout the year.
